By making a contribution, you confirm that:

You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (green card holder).
You are at least 18 years old.
You are contributing your own personal funds, not on behalf of another person or entity.
You are not a federal contractor.
You are not a corporation, labor organization, or foreign national, as these entities are prohibited from contributing under Texas and federal law.

💵 Contribution Rules

Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
Cash contributions over $100 are not allowed. Please use a check, debit/credit card, or other traceable method.
Anonymous donations cannot be accepted. We are required to collect your name, address, and occupation/employer for reporting purposes.
In-kind donations (goods or services) are considered contributions and must be reported.
Raffles or games of chance are not permitted as fundraising tools under Texas law.

We are committed to transparency.

All contributions are reported to the Texas Ethics Commission as required by law. Your donation may appear in public campaign finance reports.
